  • Information you send by email, WhatsApp or during project discussions
  • Operational, account or technical information reasonably required to quote, deliver, host, maintain or support a project
Technical and security information
  • Our enquiry handler records a submission timestamp, submission identifier, IP address and browser/user-agent information for security, rate limiting, troubleshooting and delivery records
  • Server and hosting providers may also create ordinary technical logs as part of operating the website
  • Optional analytics information is collected only after analytics consent is granted
Why we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, scope and quote work, communicate with prospective and existing clients, deliver and support websites or software, maintain security, keep business records and improve the usability and performance of our website.
