Built around consequence.
Meridian is a survival-thriller game project developed around one idea: the environment should matter as much as the enemy.
Not just an island. A machine.
Meridian combines survival, exploration, environmental simulation and player conflict inside a deliberately constructed archipelago.
Its core arena is a ring of one hundred starter islands around four larger inner biomes. The world is designed to produce pressure through limited resources, changing conditions, wildlife, water and the decisions made by the people inside it.
The project is in active development under Nou-Bou Industries. Current footage and concept art define the intended tone and systems, but the final game may change as those systems are tested.

Eirik Vale
The current story and visual development follows Eirik as he enters Meridian and begins discovering what the arena really is.

Beautiful enough to make danger harder to read.
Meridian deliberately contrasts postcard beauty with tactical pressure. Clear water can hide predators. A quiet island can be running out of food. A safe camp can become wet ground when the tide moves.
That contrast drives the visual identity too: ocean cyan and deep navy against burnt orange, sand, rusted metal and near-black tactical surfaces.

A growing independent game project.
Meridian is being developed iteratively, with new environment, creature, animation and gameplay systems added as the simulation expands.
